HOW TO GET INTO LESSONS W/LAUREN

• ISR recommends no dairy for 3-4 hrs before a lesson and 1.5-2 hrs with limited food & drink before a lesson. 
• Nap times are important
• Your child will have the same lesson time daily
• Please  plan  to  be  at  lessons  daily  for  6-8  weeks
• Email  me  when  you  are  ready to schedule  lessons
